I only have 22,000 miles on my 99 Contour SE Sport with the Duratec V6. I know I need to get a pump with a metal impeller eventually. I went to Napa, and they said the warehouse had 2 in stock and that it costed about $60.00 or so. But they couldn't tell me what the imepller was made out of or any other information. They said if I want to know they will order it, but then I have to pay them for it. I am NOT paying them for something they can't even tell me about. Napa's internet site is just as useless. So are there any other good options for getting my hands on a metal impeller? Thanks to all who reply.
