OK, I just checked with the FSM and it doesn't say what size the lines are. They only show a few diagrams of the unions. But that doesn't help neither... They showed both ISO and SAE style. It's so confusing. Maybe I should just duct tape it! LOL

[EDIT] I just read this page - http://volksweb.relitech.com/brakeln.htm . That guy mentioned something about using compression fittings at the union instead of making the flare. I think it'd work because that's what I have on my mountain bike (yes, I have hydraulic brakes on my bike) and they have the same style compression fittings. They hold up very good, no leak. I'd assume it's better than buying a special tool for the double flare, and better than replacing the whole line.
