Most parts stores have brake line stock and they can bend the line with a tube bender.
If the leak is right at the flare where it connects to the master cylinder, and there is enough slack, you [b]MIGHT be able to cut off the end and reflare the line.
But a new line is best.

You can flare your own, but bear in mind the flare is a double flare, not single. You need a special tool for this....
