If they can't custom order the line, take the old line in and ask them to bend you a new one.
Most parts stores have brake line stock and they can bend the line with a tube bender.
If the leak is right at the flare where it connects to the master cylinder, and there is enough slack, you MIGHT be able to cut off the end and reflare the line.
But a new line is best.
