One other thing, it seems that this is a flawed design. I have read at least one member say that the DPFE goes bad because of water condensation, which seems is exactly what happened to yours (from the pictures).
See this thread for some more info on this.I was wondering if drying up the water on the two outside surfaces of the diaphragm would fix the DPFE? Or does water get on the inside of the diaphragm also?
