The shifting is electronically controlled and your problem could be remedied with a computer reset. (My head-jerking, dash shaking shifts cleared up after a computer reset...) Also check the wires leading into the ATX and make sure everything is plugged tightly. Also check the fluid level when idling and in park. Top up with Mercon type fluid using a long neck funnel if low.
