I don't see how installing an aftermarket intake could have "pumped up" the engine to 220 HP.
and that paint scheme is ugly, especially the hoses in the engine bay.
I'm wondering if the owner showed up to small town car shows where only 3 cars showed up, so the car won awards by default.
