I went back to the dealer (after scanning the codes to be SURE the P0420 was in there) and after waiting about 4 hours for someone to look at it, I'm getting a new cat.
The only thing is they want to replace the cat monitor (which I believe is the O2 sensor) as well, and that isn't covered under the warranty.
