My 98 E0 SVT's wires that run from the + battery to the fuse block (4 Red #10AWG)had about 2 inches of the insulation missing were the wires turned up into the fuse box. You had to remove the fuse box to see them. Ford says they don't have any record of this being a problem! Ha! Ha!
