Same thing is happening to me, but only when the juce is on and only in second gear.My cluth slips real bad when the juce is on also, could this be related?

For the amount of $$$ you are going to pay in labor to have the tranny removed and reinstalled, Once the tranny is open, it has to be just about totally disassembled to change the synchro. CHanging anything else that is needed, at this point, is going to cost you MORE IN PARTS, than it will for the actual labor to replace the worn part once the tranny case is cracked open.
