that happened to me once and it was a problem with a fuse, or a switch of some sort. was on a 91 tempo, so im not sure what the differences in that car and the 'tour are. both made by ford if that helps.
im doin a 100 on the highway... so if you do the speed limit get the f*** out of my way.
