You made over 21mph between those 2 points. S/C SVT's only make 20-21MPH and they only hook up just before half track. (they make 270 at the wheels too!)
Plus running that fast with another 200lbs in the car to boot... We all know what 200lbs does to the feel of these cars! Hell you could have had a 14.4 at 100+ with your buddy out of the car.
Sorry Demon, but I've got a pile of timeslips showing nearly the same exact kind ETs and mphs thru the 1/4 mile and this is at KCIR (your track). I've got quite a few timeslips showing 1/8th miles in the 9.50 range at 75.0 mph and I end up getting a 14.6X@96mph+. On my 14.68@97.8mph, my 1/8th was a 9.49@75.8mph. From the 1/8th on I added 23mph. I guess that whole "my CSVT makes more topend power therefore it's faster from a roll" thing goes right out the window, ehhhh? j/k I do find it very hard to believe that this guy did run a 14.6@95mph in a mostly stock CSVT WITH a passenger. Seeing that the CSVT doesn't make a lot of torque, it's dramatically affected by weight. Adding 150-200lbs of static weight should slow the CSVT by a good .4 of a second. I really doubt his CSVT is a 14.2 car. Dave

The way I understand is that he didn't have a passenger when he did the 14.69 AKA first run... he had a passenger on his second run...

Let's do this comparison one more time. As you can see, TommyBoy clearly said it was his SECOND run that he carried a passenger. I'm not saying he can't be BS'ing about his 14.6 run, but it's not that far fetch neither. No doubt, I couldn't agree more. Normally my car would just burn about 10,000 miles off the tires with a 3 grand launch. There was a good 1/4-1/2 inch of rubber Rubber+Rubber=Traction
