Well if they are it was a mid model change. At least the first 4 years did not use FM pistons.

Maybe that's why the new pistons are more durable and have repositioned ring lands???

I know Tom ordered some FM Hypereutectics and they did not match his old pistons, but they did match the new style OEM pistons he got from another member!

Maybe Ford actually got off their duff and fixed yet another problem???

Still no waterpump recall though.
