Allen (y2kmondeosvt) and I go every year but he is in England and I have to work. Allen's boss and many of his customers race up the hill. It is not an open event so unless you race with the scca then you can only watch but it is something to watch. It starts just above City Park by St. Joe's Hospital and goes up. They have grandstands by the starting line and you can walk through the pits or you can drive around the hill to get to other turns and the pagoda or you can hike up the hill. It is amazing how fast the go up. All i can say is come to see it and come back for Duryea which is longer.
