well I sent $250 to tour96se for an SVT UIM and guess what... he never sent me my stuff... he wont respond to my emails or my PM's... this guy is a CEG/er to what kinda crap is that... the worst part is that this UIM wasnt for me.. I got it for somebody else and now I have to pay them the money back so they are mad at me... what should I do guys... does anybody know this guy... can anybody get my part for me... somebody help me out this is bullcrap... CEG/ers need to stick together and watch each others back from trash like this guy.

You can try what I did. I filled out a Mail Fraud Report form from the USPS. That is, if you sent the payment via mail and it crossed state lines it becomes a federal matter. The person, a CEGer who will remain nameless at this point, found out and paid me back right away. I don't hold any hard feelings or grudges, and I was happy to get my money back, but it didn't sound like anything was followed up on my the Mail Inspectors office. With that said, its all I can offer to help.
How did you pay?

ok let me get this straight, so your tellin me i should have tried to sell you an intake and then not give you the intake after you sent me the money in order for me to get the refund (and then some) for my friggin pillar pod you never sent me (and a bunch of others)?!?!?!
so am i to assume the $250 you spent on the intake was supplied by your fellow CEG'ers?

in all honesty, if you wanted donations to get you an intake, why didnt you just ask? i would have thrown you a few bucks!
but instead i (along with a bunch of others) gets screwed over by you.

how long has it been since the money was received by him before you started emailing him for the part?
edit: looks like tour96se's last post was on 6/6/03.
perhaps there are some unforseen circumstances that are keeping him from accessing email/pm's...

I didnt pay for it... bozo I got the money from somebody else... I am still working on getting the money for pillar pods trust me it is high on my mind but matters were starting to get to were I could start paying the money back and now this dipshitt screwed me out of my money... I dont want the SVT UIM I dont even have a tour anymore... I just sold it
