it is part of the wire harness well unles you have a 2000 then you need to add the tach wire from the ECU in the dash you have two sets of wiresthe one on the left has the wires for the tach, temps gauge, and the dummy lights that are on the left, the right has the wires for the speedo, fuel gauge and the dummy lights on the right side.
Yeah 2000s suck. Why did Ford have to remove the tach signal wire!
