For those of you who didn't have a tachometer and added an after market one, can you post some pics of your mounting? I am not sure where to mount mine, I am thinking on the right side of that "contour" emblem in the center of the dash. You know where it curves down. Thanks.

not exactly aftermarket but it didn't come with one so....

I'm assuming that your saying it only had the speedo. The speedo is freaking huge. Is yours the stock one?
Ohh and I think i read once in the archives of someone wanting to put one in the change tray area thingy, like wire one and mount it on there. Might look stupid though. A pillar is cool.

somebody did put one in the change tray, it does look good, and he did write a how-to, and I do plan on doing it one day.

that's correct mine just had the big speedo got the cluster from a 97 mystique and hooked it up.

Do you have a link to that how-to? I was really thinking about doing it there. I know how to wire it, I just dont know what to remove to mount etc.

man they need a 2 pillar guage pod...I would throw a tach in there with a temperature guage and be done...

the how to for mounting it in the coin tray by the vents. You probably dont have one hector, seeing how nothing on your car is stock
