I am so glad I am not the only one with this problem. Maybe someone will be able to find a solution. It has begun to be a safety concern and we got my wife an explorer and now I am the only one that drives it (and that's only when the weather is too bad to ride my motorcycle). I just dicovered this site and it has already helped my diagnose my clock spring problem. I hope we can find something-I'll keep trying.
