I successfully installed a pair of Kappa 6x9 3 ways in the front doors. The only thing I needed to do was drill a couple of holes to mount them and installed some anti vibration material.

I am not the first one to do this. The only reason I tried it at all is that I had read several other posts on the original contour forum from people who had done the same thing.
