Does anybody know if the 572.5cf Infinity Kappa speakers fit into an SVT. I looked at crutchfield to see what will fit in my car and they only showed some pioneers and a set of good kenwoods. Both 6x8s. If anyone has experience with the Kappas could you enlighten me.

I have Infinity Reference 5x7's in my 99 se, and they came with a bracket so they screw right in, but I can only use three screws instead of all 4.

yes they will. u may have to drill different screw holes but they will drop in and r supposed to sound great. r u ordering from crutchfield. i'm looking to get 2 pair off ebay for about half the cost of crutchfield

Yeah, ebay has them for $75-$85 plus shipping. Great deal.
Then I'm gonna put a Kicker 8" L7 in my rear deck. Trying to find a good plexiglass box for it though.

I put the kappa 6x8's in the back of my girlfriends 626 and they totally changed the sounds for the better. Good midbass, mids and I have to say for being unamped they have some scorching highs. I think they would sound killer with about 50w rms to each.

That should look amazing, But why not go with the 10????? you should be able to fit a L7 10 in the rear deck

i got some kappas off of ebay for like $30...they were an open box return i think...they work great,and sound alot better than stock...i had to drill out some different mounting holes in the door(very easy to do)

I successfully installed a pair of Kappa 6x9 3 ways in the front doors. The only thing I needed to do was drill a couple of holes to mount them and installed some anti vibration material.
I am not the first one to do this. The only reason I tried it at all is that I had read several other posts on the original contour forum from people who had done the same thing.

i'm installing my kappa 5x7s tomorrow. got them off ebay. they didn't come w/ any screws so i'll just swap over the stock screws. also how and where did u guys mount/attach the crossovers. they have four thin slits. how do u mount that?
