I remember hearing that Ontario might be introducing a lemon law similar to that in California, making it easier for consumers to return "lemons" for refunds.

Anyone know if the province has done anything about this??

Reason I ask is that if a dealer's service department CAN'T fix a certain problem with a new car (after repeated visits), I wonder if I can throw the keys back at them and ask for my money back.
