I, too, hope everything turns out OK for them. I don't think anyone is jumping to conclusions. No one knows what is going on and would at least appreciate a "We received your order and we're backed up. Give us a little time".
i agree with 1314....and i wasn't trying to bash them in my post...i have many times said that it was a nice option for those who didn't want to make their own,and it looks to be a quality piece...but customer service is customer service period...and they have provided none,which is unacceptable imho...
