A few of my LED lights in my spoiler are out. Does anyone know how I go about replacing them and through whom do I get them? It's really bugging the sh#% out of me . Thanks

Thanks for the reply...but as you can tell, that doesn't help me. I was under the assumption that LED's didn't burn out, but I guess I was wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

True LEDs shouldn't burn out in the span of a cars life so you may want to check for shorts or possibly broken LEDs.

Our spoiler has LEDs ?
I thought it was just a single bulb with a lot of fiber optics running to the spoiler lens...
The FORD Service Manual only shows one lamp element for High Mounted Stop Lamp on vehicles with a Rear Spoiler. It shows about 9 lamp elements for vehicles with a High Mounted Stop Lamp mounted in the center rear parcel shelf..

Dammit, I thought you were refering to the high mounted brake lamp when you were talking about LEDS. Then I realized that those bulbs in the 3rd brake lamp are bulbs, not LEDS. Whoops.

You could always buy a few replacement LEDs from www.superbrightleds.com and soldier them into where your burned out ones are. No guarantees that they will put out the EXACT same brightness as the originals though? If not, you COULD replace all of the LEDs on the strip if the brightness wasn't exactly the same. OR you could buy a whole new strip and adapt just the string that comes inside it, into your spoiler's location right now. I did something similar on my car when I adapted LED 3rd brakelight into my rear deck. See site: http://josch.wilksfamily.com/3rdBrakelight.htm
