Tony is probably on to something. My SVT did the samething when I got it and I had to trip the switch to get the car to start, but then again mine did Roll Over. It's behind the Drivers side Kick panel near the Hood release. Unscrew the two plastic retainers and pull out on the plastic molding the button is behind there.
Oh and it cuts out the ignition and the fuel pump...
