Done and done.
Some tips for future pump changers:
-Even if you relieve the fuel pressure, it seems some still sprays out when you remove the fuel line. Be ready with rags! Some sprayed onto the backs of the seat even though I had rags all around when I disconnected it.
-It's hella scary removing the lock ring when that area was just saturated with gas, and now you're hammering on it. Best to wait and let it fully evaporate, or you risk igniting your tank and car, and you in it!
-If the fuel pump cover will not go back on, it may be the green o-ring/gasket thing is out of its groove. This happened to me.
-The BAT pump came with a sock that juts out at 90-degrees to the pump. The plastic housing around the pump requires it at 180 degrees, along the body of the pump, as the stock one is. You may have to clean the existing one by high-power spraying it with TB cleaner or something (this is what I did).
Massiv.
Btw... this fixed the issues.
