I saw on CTA's website that they list the same Centerforce part number for both the 2.0L SPI and 2.0L Zetec engines (for '97+ Escort applications). So I'm curious if the SPI and the Zetec actually can use the same clutch, and if so, can they use the same flywheel? Since the Zetec is more or less a DOHC version of the SPI engine, it stands to reason that they might balance the same... Any thoughts or input would be appreciated.

There are a bunch of SPI tuning nuts at Focaljet.com They may be able to help you better.
