Did you reset the ECU? Remove battery cable for at least 5 minutes. Hook cable back up. Start you car and let idle for 5 minutes (don't touch accelerator).
Kill the engine, start it back up and drive away.
I have the TH fix and I have to reset the ECU every couple of months. Works every time.
