if you have a 4 cyl. engine you have to remove the bleed valve bolt to let the air out or you gonna run hot.......
i have a V-6 engine and had to squeeze just about every hose under the hood to get the air pockets out of it......
took three tries to get the coolant recovery tank to stop going down....
