Try running the AC on MAX.
The engine should run cooler.
Running the AC set to A/C circulates OUTSIDE WARM air across the evaporator
which translates to more heat coming from the Condensor.
If the condensor gets hot, then the fans will suck
the extra heat across the radiator, making the radiator warmer.
When it runs on MAX, you recirculate the interior air.
As the interior air cools down the condensor will also cool down
since ther is less heat in the air for the evaporator to extract.
This will translate into your engine temp coming down as well.

At least this is how it works on my Tour.
