You may have a crimped hose, a pair of hoses criss-crossed, no cooling fluid, a huge air pocket, or maybe the WP belt or tensioner is messed up. I don't think you can put the tstat in upside down on our cars. Your mechanic didn't test his work I guess :rolleyes:
