I left you a post in the official G2G planning subject but it got burried. Anyway, I was wondering what our approx. head count was. I was thinking that if we have a lot of people we might want to go to a restaurant or have everyone bring items that don't require cooking. I was just thinking it might take a while to cook a bunch of food on a small BBQ. Let me know what's up & if I can help in any way. -Aaron-

LOL...yeah, sorry about that. Had to go to a graduation and do some other things over the weekend. I think the plan right now is to still BBQ. Reason being is that with the number of people (approx 10-12 cars) it will be pretty hard to find a resteraunt without having a reservation. I think that if I can find someone else with a small propane bbq (you know the little tiny ones that take the green propane tanks) we'll be fine.
I think right now I plan on just bringing everything myself and then setting a tip/payment jar out to reimburse me the cost of what is used. I'm guessing somewhere around $3-$4 a head. I'll just pack my cooler with some drinks, if you wnat to bring alcohol, you'll have to bring your own. I just plan on bringing some chips, hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, and some toppings. If you have any other suggestions that would be good.
I'll draw up a map for us tomorrow and set the meeting location up.

I was already planning on having my roomie bring her little grill.
I am sure will be able to make something work. Everyone needs to make sure to bring food and drink.

Actually I think I can handle bringing the food and drink (ie. burgers, hotdogs, buns, condiments, chips, soda). If you want beer though, you have to bring your own.
A small donation (as mentioned above) would be greatly appreciated though...by the time we have the meet I'll have a total and we'll just divide that up if that sounds good to everyone?

Nice work Qbert & no need for appologies. So far you have never let me down. Anyway, that all sounds great to me. Now we just have to pray that the weather cooperates with us.

Qbert, we have tons of food. Please let me have an excuse to get some of it out of my apartment. Now i just have to find the time to wax and detail a wee bit. And remove that damn screen in my fuel line. It almost ruined last weekends drive for me.

Is there a screen in the line? My fuel pump's prefilter inside the gas tank was horribly dirty. I have an extra one that didn't work that BAT sent me, it may work for yours though.
