thanks for asking the question kinger. i never knew how the cams worked or what the adjustable camgears did.

This is now sounding more like a do it yourself mod with 100$ and a machine shop..... YEAH!!!!

btw: for thoses who may not be sure... when adjusting a cam, you may need to turn the motor to until the cam gets to within it's 15* of freeplay (no valves are open)... each cam has a freeplay zone, about 15* wide, so when adjusting xxx cam, turn the engine until that cam gets into it's freeplay zone and adjust away. repeat for each cam.

Stupid camera's rechargable batteries weren't charged enough this morning. I got the pics taken, but the camera crapped out trying to load them to the PC. I tried to flash charge them for 15 minutes before I came to work, but it wasn't enough to finish getting the pics from the camera to the PC... Seems busting the cam gear off of the shaft was easier than taking pictures of the results...

No camera problems, just haven't been home long enough to try it again. My life is always so full of crap to do... I can't believe I ever ran a successful side business!!!

I dunno if this will help you guys out, but this is the only picture I have of the rear of the cam. I remember looking at the rear and thinking how simple it looked.
