I have found out that NAPA sells the GMB pump with the cast iron impeller as part number 125-1910 (I called GMB)....Auto Zone also sells one as part number A125-1910....look for the correct pump in a yellow and black box, according to the GMB technical services department. You can call them at 310-631-7555 (California time) and ask for Tech Services to verify this information.
These are new pumps, not rebuilt.
I work for a largest mfgr of auto interiors in the world and I know VAVE cost cutting when I see it (and the customer be damned, right?)
