this is getting easier and easier each time... i mean all you would need is to make and market the plates... sell them then the buyer cuts the cams, remove gear, bore it out slightly have plate welded onto shaft (location should be marked before removing gear)... have 3 slits cut into gear and rock and roll...

we could even find someone on these boards to do this for us ala "core" swap + a few bucks
