Hello debbeelee and Welcome to CEG !

You can write to your local District Attorney, and launch a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Then after all your lettere have been sent out, write one to the FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER.

Make sure you enclose copies of all the other letters you have written.

When the dealership begins to wonder why they aren't getting
any more references from the FORD Customer Service Center,
they will get a load of copies of your letters as well.

I called the ford dealer and told the repair dept tech that I wanted my diagnostic fee back and he told me that I should put another 2000 miles on the car to see if the plug was going to foul again before I asked for the money back. I told him the power pack had been changed and there had been no spark from the get go. I asked for a list of the diagnostics done and this is what he told me was done:
1. EEC Test
2. Pinpoint & Ignition Test
3. R & I Plugs
4. #4 Plug Coolant Fouled
I've decided I'm not going to put any more miles on the car before asking for my money back AND I am going to take the advice of many of you and start filing complaints.
