Heh, frickin' funny, I see the same arguments made over custom paintball gear on other forums. It *is* all about communication. I was getting antsy about not hearing from Chad about a laptop that I bought from him...he had $250 of my money and I had no info, no tracking number, etc., and no responses. I got an e-mail yesterday, though, saying he'd been caring for his mother who'd had a medical emergency. I'm OK with a little delay as long as I know what's up. Otherwise, I start formulating what to do if X or Y happens or doesn't happen, and that gets me wound up.
