This has nothing to do with not getting the product that was ordered. It's all about not even being contacted after repeated emails from several individuals.

Tell me that you're having some problems, personal or business, and I'll have all the patience in the world. At least have the professionalism to reply to at least one email.

BTW, I don't think anyone is bashing a product that came out of the CEG. It's the customer service that is being bashed. Like I said, a single reply to one person that could at the very least spread the word would go a long way.

I do hope they get everything worked out.





I understand you pint of view and agree....and you know they should/could deal with this better, but i feel that any type of bashing, is uncalled for until we know the truth of the matter. Expressing frustration is cool so is getting upset....but bashing them (some have bashed them as people too, very uncalled for) i think should wait till we know the facts....for all we know there could be a 100% perfectly good explatntion for not being online.


And if not, by all means go ahead and yell at them all you want....Up till this incident happend i was in contact with chad till just before his run in with the police. The are good poeple doing there best...And im positive there not trying to ignor people intentialy. All i ask is to keep the bashing and rude comments to a minimum untill we find out what is exatly wrong...its the least we can do untile we found out.
