I didn't mind the wait, but a reply to an e-mail would be nice. If they can't make it, they could at least reverse the charges. I'm not rich and $60 is $60.

I was, and still am interested in buying a Dtec heatshield, and I'm glad this whole conversation has taken place. The data seems to show that it helps in moderate temperatures. They've had some problems, but what I want to see now is how they handle them. This is the perfect opportunity for them to prove that they are either responsible members of this community selling a good product, or complete tools. I really hope its the former. Then we would at least know what is going on. I found the answer to the question I asked after some extensive searching. So depending on how they handle the situation I may still order one. I would still like my heatshield, but, I'm thoroughly unimpressed w/ their customer service. It's unprofessional. I hope they respond to either the PM I just sent or this forum....time will tell.
