Arclight CEG\'er A Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 88 Ft. Lauderdale, FL	I agree w/ Hetfield I also ordered a DTEC about 3 weeks ago...not one response to any e-mails. I would still like my heatshield, but, I'm thoroughly unimpressed w/ their customer service. It's unprofessional. I hope they respond to either the PM I just sent or this forum....time will tell.
