Just an idea for the Dtec guys.. if they are using Outlook, put a message in the out of office assistant saying we are swamped and we will reply to your email/order as soon as possible. Then we would at least know what is going on. I found the answer to the question I asked after some extensive searching. So depending on how they handle the situation I may still order one.
