I took my mirror off, looks like no heater in there at all. Also the mirror its self has no markings on it. So I'm pretty sure its not on my car.

I supposedly have heated mirrors on my 95 GL. it says so on the sticker. But it never gets cold enough here to see them actually work. Every now and then in the winter we get frost on the front and rear windows but never on the mirrors.

Turn on your defrost. Let it run for a few minutes. Do this in the shade on a not too hot of a day. Then feel the mirror. It should feel hotter to the touch then the rest of the vehicle. For the record even my Base base base stripper model Mystique came with heated mirrors.
