1998+ Contiques DO NOT have heated mirrors from the factory. Check the harness behind the mirror now, if you have power mirrors. If there are 5 female pins on the connector coming out of the door, the mirrors will be plug and play (I still had the correct fuse on my 98, even though the manual says "NOT USED").
FWIW, I love the heated mirrors on misty or rainy days - clears the mirrors right off.
