Nope, it's a 99. If you read above, they were not on the car after 98.

If you'd read above you'd notice that Todras wasn't talking about your car

Todras,
I have a 98.0 SE (sport) that predates the decontenting ( I have the dash clock and such). Do you know if mine has/does not have the heated mirrors? Not much of an issue here in FL, but I would like to know.
Thanks.

Most if not all pre98's have heated mirrors. LX's and SE's I know do. No heated mirrors on later models. To tell look on the mirror and it will have a small square with 3 "heat" arrows going through it.

Nah, the mirrors aren't marked like other FMC produts are. At least not the ones I have, which came off a 95 Contour and a 96 Mystique.
And, to the person with the 98 - IT DOES NOT HAVE HEATED MIRRORS, regardless of having a dash clock. Simple test: Press the defrost button, wait 30 seconds, touch mirror. If it's hot, you have them. If not, you don't.

Yah, mine don't have the wavey lines either. They're ok to have, for me they don't warrant usage as there is rarely any ice or moisture on them... and when they are on, they just create water spots from HE!!...

todras and PA 3L'
Thanks for the replies. It was raining here yesterday and I was driving with the rear defroster on. It was apparent that I do not have heated mirrors.
