Like it was etched in from particle build-up or something from the old wipers. Well the small line goes across the driver-side of the glass and I can't seem to get it out. 3M makes glass polish type stuff. You kinda buff it out like the car body. I think its like $15 or something like that. www.google.com 3M Inc.
