plugs, wires, or coil packs will NOT cause you to gain HP period. however IF and ony IF one or all are bad it will feel like you gained power.
as for what you said go with the accel coil pack IF your stock one is bad if it isn't there is no need for one. wires stay away from the accel wires they are not that great your better off with the ford racing ones instead. and for plugs as been posted in the TWO other post about this in the past 24 hours autolight double plats.
and oil will not give you HP either.
