So the lights out in ONE of my power window switches... I messed with it a little bit, but does anyone know how to get to it without breaking anything? i was short for time so i didn't get to mess with it too much, but it looked complicated! Do i have to take the door panel off? Any help! THANKS

Drivers door or others? They are sealed units with a tiny LED in them. It's easier to just get a new switch,,, salvage yards or dealership. They just pop out, unswitch from harness and pop back in the new one. I had one that would go on and off and was very weak. Put in a new one and the light is steady & bright.
You can use a small flat head screwdriver to pry it out of the panel, it'll come out. It's just held in with two bent clips that provide a tension on it so it doesn't pop out.

Oh, that's a bigger part. You can't pry that one out easily. But, if you look at the handle, in the indentation for you fingers you'll see a little round circle. Pry that off with a jewelers screwdriver, or a thin flat heat and you'll see a Phillips head screw. Undo that and then you can pry off the little surround that surrounds the door handle, lock & window switch (it's one piece) Start from the front (window button side) and pry it off gently pulling towards you as you do. You'll also have to pull the door handle towards you so the piece can come out. You can then unhook the power lock connector (indentation on its side pushed in and it'll pop out of its socket) Then do the same for the window switches (it's one big unit). You can then put in the new/salvage yard unit and reverse what you did and there you go. Easy

If you are getting rid of it, let me know. I want to start swapping the green led's in my car into blue. I could use your broken one, fix it, and put in blue lights.

if you want to change the color of your lights??? well ford wanted $6.00 for one of these bulbs.. i went to an old time corner auto parts store and found replacements, but they were not green... i then found that i had some green paint from an old craft project... glass paint.. i painted the clear bulb and it looked just like the $6.00 bulbs, but cost about $1.00 each.... if you need the paint try Radio shack as they might have it as radio tech. need to sometimes color the bulbs in their repair work...

Im thinking of going to a hobby shop or something, and buying some blue led's. This idea seems like a better one though, thanks for the help.
