rikenbomb, if you look on his website it will say that he does both synthetic and real CF. These pieces will be real, true CF. I do not, however, know what the weave will be. His link is right on there if you want to email him and ask. I have just sent him an email asking these same questions so we'll see what happens. I also asked if it was possible for pics of the prototype. You're more than welcome to hop in on this if you want!
Suneil, payment received and I thank you. As to your questions he has done other things and seems eager to do more stuff if the interest is there. I do have a plan for the Zetec guys on something QUITE sweet so we'll see what happens with that then I'll look at mirrors and stuff. Maybe some CF sill plates.
