EXACTLY!!! 
Even though rangers train 4 months in 4 different climates, the training in BUD/s(SEAL basic training) prepares you for ANYTHING. AND it's 6 months long. Even more, when you graduate that, you still have a year more of intense specific training before you even get to a team!!
What makes it even better, that water is FREEZING!! About 55 to 64 degrees. By the time I get to BUD/s, I'll be in a winter class!! Gotta love it
