okay so the spook and the frog missed my point, I never argued that seatbelts arent helpful or that smoking isn't hazardous. Boiled down, my smoking in restaurants argument and seatbelts argument is not a health or intelligence argument. It is a control argument.

In north america freedom to operate a business exists and is constitutionally guaranteed.(Freedom to persue life, liberty, and happiness)

Product or service demands will be met by market supply.

Therefore a product or service will meet the market's demand and is free to do so, and should be!

There is a need for government. However the constitution beautifully limits it's powers and scope.
