2.A matter of 14 months. Like that matters. I see people who have had their licenses for years drive under the influence. I know people that are 30-50 years old that cause more accidents than I'll ever cause. I have yet to get a speeding ticket or be in a wreck.
3.You can be a very smart driver no matter how long you've had your license. Say somebody drove for year's without one (dumb) but took all sorts of classes and has lots of experience. He then gets a license but I guess since he only just got it, that makes him stupid.
